7th & 8th Grade Thunder Volleyball

7th & 8th Grade – 13U/14U Thunder Volleyball

Teams at the 13U and 14U levels compete in 5-7 weekend tournaments. The focus of this level is to continue skill development training and implement more positional and team concepts. Players will need to complete USAV training for officiating, line judging, and scorekeeping. Tryouts will be held for each 8-9 member team. The number of teams will depend on available coaches and practice space. Not all players at tryouts will receive a bid for a team.

Participant Age*:
13U born July 2012 – July 2013
14U born July 2011 – June 2012
*Older players may be waived to play with their grade

Practice requirements: Two 1.5 hour practices/week
COST: $450 with an additional cost of $50 for a jersey if needed (new style in 2024)
